Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms made us feel truly relaxed with lovely views and nice patio furniture. The bed was extremely comfortable, just like we're accustomed to in newer places. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, although there were some small hiccups. The location is very secluded and great if you want somewhere quiet off the beaten path. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but the hand-cut steaks were a highlight. The facilities were top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were nice with lovely patio furniture, they didn't quite match the pictures shown. Unfortunately, the room temperature seemed to jump every time it hit 69 due to the neglect of the housekeeper. On the bright side, the service was friendly and made me feel like a special guest, and the outdoor landscape with tennis courts, pools, and a luxury spa added to the wonderful experience. However, the service, though polite, lacked professionalism in some areas. The location was beautiful, away from the busy city life, perfect for early morning walks, and the resort itself was upmarket and trendy. Yet, the early closure of the bar at 9 p.m. was a downside. The dining experience was okay, with a limited menu but above-average food. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall value for money was noticeable.
Our stay was absolutely perfect for a Birthday Weekend. The rooms were exceptionally clean, but they were not appropriately ready for occupancy from the moment we arrived; however, they were ready. The service was amazing, with the staff being extremely helpful and cheery despite one member having a bad night. The location was simply gorgeous, overlooking the city from the mountains, though additional staff support is needed. The dining experience, unfortunately, was lacking in quality for the price. The facilities were fantastic, making our stay enjoyable and comfortable.
